Will Willson
Co-FOUNDER
Will works as the Programmes Manager for the Caribbean with Prince's Trust International, helping tackle youth unemployment and educational under-achievement in Jamaica. Previously, he served as a Police Officer in the Met for 10 years, specialising in supporting vulnerable young people at risk of gangs exploitation. During a career break, he volunteered on over 20 projects across Asia, Africa and Europe, and worked as a Programme Leader for the National Citizen Service. He is a 2019 Churchill Fellow and a Fellow of the RSA.
Jofie Trythall
Co-FOUNDER
Jofie is an experienced project manager, specialising in large scale events in the arts industry. When she is not project managing, Jofie works as a yoga teacher in south London and also volunteers her practice to young women at a Brixton based NGO. An avid traveller and Spanish speaker, Jofie has volunteered on array of exciting international projects, including sustainable building in Maharashtra, India. Jofie holds a BA Hons in History of Art from UCL and loves to escape the city and catch some surf in Cornwall.
